About the Role As a FINANCIAL SERVICES ADVISOR

- You will be responsible for providing expert advice on insurance products

- Understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions

- Your role will involve building strong client relationships

- Conducting Financial Need Analysis and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

- You will also assist clients in navigating their insurance options and support them in making           informed decisions to secure their financial future

- Explain various life insurance products (term, whole life, universal life, etc.)

- Assist clients in completing applications and documentation

- Maintain ongoing relationships and provide policy reviews

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

- Meet or exceed performance goals

 

Requirements

- Must have LLQP license or willing to obtain from Insurance Council of BC

- Must Canadian Citizen or Parmanent Resident/applied PR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions

- Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach

- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)

- An ideal candidate must haveEntrepreneurial mindset

- Strong networking abilitiesPassion for helping others secure their financial future

- Comfortable with sales and client interactions
